Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 3 days a week
Contract Length: 8 months + possible extension

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that enable business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions across Oracle ERP, Procurement, and Project/Grants Cloud platforms. The position focuses on delivering high-quality dashboards, reports, and data extracts while supporting operational needs, testing cycles, and ongoing cloud upgrades.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications.

  • 4+ years of experience developing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud.

  • Excellent understanding of Oracle Financial modules and underlying data structures.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 6+ years of professional experience in the software development field.

Duties:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and queries supporting Oracle ERP, Procurement, and Project/Grants Cloud.

  • Design, develop, and support custom reports and data extracts to meet business requirements.

  • Develop custom reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).

  • Perform unit testing, performance tuning, and implementation of custom reports.

  • Deploy and schedule reports using Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS).

  • Collaborate with workstream leads to define and document detailed reporting specifications.

  • Create BIP reports when out-of-the-box reporting and OTBI solutions do not meet requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including help desk issues and end-user assistance.

  • Develop end-user training documentation to ensure report functionality and usage are clearly understood.

  • Support unit testing and user acceptance testing for reporting solutions.

  • Assess and remediate report impacts resulting from quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades.

  • Support and maintain reporting solutions to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
