IMMEDIATE/ CLINICAL SUPERVISOR: Associate Director of Nursing
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Staff Nurses, Lead Medical Assistant, Medical Assistants
WORK LOCATION: On-site (Brighton/Waltham)
PAY RANGE : Band F ($91,500 - $108,000/year)

As part of the dynamic team at Charles River Community Health (CRCH), a healthcare practice providing comprehensive and compassionate care to underserved communities, the Nurse Manager will help shape the future of primary care nursing at Charles River Community Health!
These are exciting times for primary care nursing and CRCH understands the value of nursing as an integral and leading position in primary care. As our patient center medical homes strive towards continued excellence in quality metrics and successful value-based contracts, we need nursing leadership to help steward change. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for training, supervising, and supporting an energetic group of staff nurses and medical assistants. The Nurse Manager will also work with medical leadership to continue to define the future of nursing including improved workflows for care coordination, rolling out nurse education visits and much more. The Nurse Manager will work with patients and staff who are racially, ethnically and culturally diverse, so being culturally competent is required.

CRCH is a comprehensive practice providing medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, optical, and vision services to diverse underserved local communities.
